Indigenous Concepts, based in Baton Rouge and extending our influence to areas such as Easy Town and Washitaw Proper, stands as a beacon of knowledge and education on the contributions of Indigenous and African diaspora communities.

We provide a variety of educational products and services that delve into the rich histories of these groups, including our well-loved 18x27 in poster, "Salute to Black Inventors," which has been a bestseller for over 30 years. Alongside this, we offer publications like "We are the Washitaw 'The Washitaw Doctrine'" and "Pyramids in America: Travel Guide," which provide in-depth looks at the significant yet often overlooked contributions of ancient civilizations in North America.

Our offerings also include detailed maps like the "Pyramids in America Map" and the upcoming "Indigenous Peoples Map," set for release in June 2024. These resources are designed to educate and inspire by showcasing the geographical and historical importance of Indigenous sites across the continent. Furthermore, our soon-to-be-released "Ancient Ones Revisited" adds to our collection of informative literature, providing fresh insights and research on ancient cultures. Notably, these valuable resources are exclusive to our distribution, as they are not available on mainstream platforms like Amazon, ensuring that they reach our audience through more personalized and impactful channels.

As curators of the Traveling Black Inventions Museum and the Pyramids in America exhibition, we take these enriching experiences on the road, educating communities about the monumental achievements of Black inventors and the ancient mound-building cultures of the Americas. This traveling museum has reached millions globally since its inception in 1989, marking this year as its 35th anniversary. The displays not only recount history but also engage viewers in the ongoing narrative of these inventive and resilient peoples.

Our role extends beyond curation to cultural consultancy, where our expertise as human rights monitors, lecturers, and advocates for Indigenous peoples allows us to offer deep and meaningful insights across various platforms. Whether through museum tours, lectures, or as keynote speakers and cultural ambassadors, we provide original and enlightening perspectives on a range of cultural, educational, and economic issues.
